Installation Process

Detailed Measure

A site visit is performed by our lead sales technician. Following a conversation with the client, detailed measurements are taken as all our products are custom manufactured to our clients specifications. A quotation is provided, with frame and fabric samples available for review and selection right on site.

Area Preparation & Installation

Upon arrival, our technicians will discuss the installation process with you, ensuring you are comfortable with every step. The technicians will safely move any furniture away from the main working area and will replace the furniture to it’s original location once installation is complete. The installation will last approximately 3-4 hours.

Support

A thorough explanation of the awning or screen system will follow, with an opportunity for any questions to be answered. Rest assured that a detailed information sheet, including contact information, will be left with you for future reference and ongoing customer support.

FRAME: 6-year warranty
FABRIC: 10-year pro-rated warranty
MOTOR: 5-year warranty
